Select the sweepstakes or giveaway you are interested in and review its Official Rules. The rules provide important information, including:

Requirements may differ for each promotion. Many PEOPLE sweepstakes are limited to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., who are at least 18 years old.

Entering through the PEOPLE App

Some PEOPLE sweepstakes and giveaways are available exclusively to registered users of the PEOPLE App.

If an entry requires the app:

1. Download or open the latest version of the PEOPLE App.
2. Create a free account or sign in to your existing account.
3. Open the sweepstakes or giveaway in the app.
4. Select the entry form and follow the instructions.
5. Submit the form using the same email address associated with your PEOPLE App account.

You do not need a paid membership to create a PEOPLE App account.

I can’t find the entry form

First, confirm that the entry period is still open and that you meet the eligibility requirements.

If the sweepstakes requires the PEOPLE App:

• Make sure you are signed in.
• Confirm that the app is updated.
• Close and reopen the app.
• Open the specific sweepstakes article again and look for the entry link or form.
• If you scanned a QR code, confirm that it opened the correct sweepstakes.

If the entry form is still missing or displays a blank page, contact us and include:

• The name of the sweepstakes or giveaway
• The link or QR code you used
• Your device type and operating system
• Your PEOPLE App version
• A screenshot of what you see

I’m experiencing technical issues. What should I do?

Technical issues may occur for several reasons. Try the following:

1. Make sure you are visiting the correct URL instead of opening a previously bookmarked page. You can find the direct entry URL in the sweepstakes’ Official Rules.
2. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, or try opening the sweepstakes in another web browser.
3. Review the Official Rules for the sweepstakes you are entering. Some sweepstakes are shared across multiple websites owned by People Inc., and the rules will identify the correct entry page and sponsor.

If the sweepstakes requires the PEOPLE App, make sure the app is updated and that you are signed in using the correct account.

How do I know whether my entry was received?

Follow the confirmation instructions shown after submitting the entry form. Do not submit additional entries unless the Official Rules allow them.

How are winners notified?

Potential winners are contacted using the information submitted with their entry. Depending on the prize and Official Rules, a potential winner may need to confirm contact or shipping information and complete additional eligibility documentation.

If you receive a winner notification and are uncertain whether it is legitimate, do not provide personal information until you have contacted us to verify the message.
