When will I receive my Limited-edition PEOPLE VIP Tote or Gift?

Eligible members can expect their physical welcome gifts (such as the Limited-edition PEOPLE VIP Tote or Sexiest Man Alive Beach Towel) to arrive approximately 4-10 weeks after purchasing a membership, while supplies last. Packages may arrive separately if your membership has more than one gift.

When will I receive my first print magazine issue (PEOPLE VIP + Print)?

If you selected the PEOPLE VIP + Print plan, your first physical magazine issue will arrive in the mail within 3–6 weeks of joining. (Note: You can read the digital issue in the PEOPLE App immediately every Wednesday!) 

How do I update my shipping address or report a delivery issue?

If you need to change your mailing address or report a missed, damaged, or duplicate issue:

1. Log into the PEOPLE Magazine Support Portal using your zip code and your account number found on the physical magazine’s mailing label.
2. Use the navigation menu on the left side of the screen to update your mailing address or report a missed or damaged issue.
   (Note: Address updates take 3–8 weeks to process for physical magazine mailings. We recommend setting up USPS mail forwarding in the interim.)

If your tote or physical issue hasn't arrived after the expected delivery window, please submit a request through our Support Form for agent assistance.
